As you enter the Lodge (see attached map for location) you can come around the circular driveway to unload by the front door. After you are situated in your room you can either park on the right side of the road before you get to the circular drive or you can start around the drive and go to the open area below the drive shortly after you begin the circle.
Please note that once it is dark any vehicle remaining on or by the observing field cannot be moved as light rules will be in force.
When you enter the lodge the West Side room are to your right. Turn to the right and go past the restrooms on your right and past the Delta Room (where programs will be held) on your left. Odd number rooms will be on the left side of the hallway and even number rooms will be on the right.
To get to the East Side rooms, go thru the Dining Hall or the Delta Room. Once on the East Side hallway, the odd number rooms will be on your left and the even number rooms will be on your right.
We will mark the doors with the names of the occupants.
The West Side is primarily for those who begin their stay on Saturday (the 10th). A few Saturday arrivals will be on the East Side near the end of the hall. Other rooms on the East Side will not be ready for occupancy until sometime on Sunday.
