How the Door Prize Drawings will work:
Every registrant who pays the individual or family registration fee will get one door prize ticket (note if they elect to pay individual registrations for additional family members they will receive an additional door prize ticket for each additional registration paid.
Door prize drawings will be held on the observing field at 3 pm, weather permitting, otherwise the drawing(s) will be held in the lodge at 3 pm. The winner has to be present to win.
The larger door prize days will be determined by the weather forecast for each day. If the weather forecast for the later days (Tuesday and Wednesday) look good, the 3 most valuable prizes will be held until then. This will likely be the first 3 prizes listed above. If the forecast is favorable for both days, one prize will be awarded on Tuesday and the other two on Wednesday. For these prizes as a ticket is pulled that first winner gets to pick which of the 3 items he or she wants. At this time he or she relinquishes his or her ticket and is out of the drawing for future prizes. On the next day the individual with the winning ticket gets to select between the two top prizes still available, the next person gets the remaining top prize or any other prize we still have available. He or she is then out of the drawing for additional prizes.
