In addition I have 3 more with registrations coming, and in addition to that another 3 who either "may" come or who will pay registration when they arrive to visit and stay part of the night. This makes a total of 20 which is pretty typical for a Spring Scrimmage. Further there are about 6 to 8 more that are likely to attend but who have not committed yet. So the final registration will be at or near 25.

Please keep in mind that we are now past May 1st so registration (late) is now $20 per person. I go by the post mark or delivery date, no exceptions. We do have plenty of accommodations and the meal count has not been locked in yet so all of that is available.

For those who have to leave during dark hours on a clear night, you have to park away from the observing field facing out and we will have departure windows at 10 pm and at midnight. Please follow our observing field rules and past posts as it related to proper light etiquette while on the field.

Basic rules are:

1) No driving on or off the field when it is dark and observing is possible.

2) No white lights after dark.

3) Red shielded lights only but no red light head bands - they are too bright and when talking to others you are shining light into their eyes.

4) No green lasers as pointers or finders, they interfere with photography.

These are rules common to star parties at dark sites.

Note - right now I only have one person who wants a bunk in a cottage. FRC may not be willing to open up a cottage for just one person. That person may need to pay a bit more to stay in a lodge room. I will know more about this in about a week.

Meal times are: Breakfast at 9 am and dinner at 6 pm. Raffle drawings at 3 pm.

Questions - post them here.
