This is basically a reminder, but we all need reminders =
If you have reserved a lodge room -
Each room and bathroom for each room will have all bedding, and all towels/wash cloth in the bathroom.
You will need to bring your own soap or body wash and shampoo
If you have reserved bunk space in one of the cottages -
You will need to bring your own bedding including pillow, sheets, blankets (or sleeping bag) and everything needed in the bathroom - towels, wash cloth, soap and shampoo
In the dining hall in the lodge for those on the meal plan, you will have available to you a coffee pot, water, and an ice caddy as well as a microwave oven
Note - food for the meals has been purchased based upon our meal count given a few days ago. There is very little flexibility here, I was able to adjust the count earlier today based upon what records I had. I can not make any additional promises in respect to adding anyone to the meal plan.
In addition to having index cards on each lodge room door with the assignment and days, I will be providing all with cards with a listing of the meals they purchased as a reminder.
Note - for those in the cottages, as you drive into the area where the cottages are they are in successive order - Cypress, Hickory, Oak and Pine. Based upon reservations received - Oak will be the female cottage (one so far) for Friday night only and Pine will be the male cottage (each cottage has 2 sides) with 3 staying for all 5 nights, 2 staying for 2 nights each and 3 staying for one night. Those staying for one night can use the left side of Pine and those staying for multiple nights can use the right side of Pine.
