Plenty of good stuff for sale due to the downsizing and move of an amateur astronomer in the New Orleans area - what we have for sale includes the
following -
1) Oberwerk 25x100 binoculars on Berlebeck wooden tripod with fork yoke mount. Binoculars are very lightly used and come in a metal case with a pair of 25x eyepieces and with a 50 mm finder scope. These binoculars have 45 degree prisms for easier viewing of the night sky. When new these sold for over $2000.00. They can be purchased for $600.00 Pictures on request.
2) AstroPhysics 4" f/10 triplet refractor. This is an early model dating from about 1986/87. Has a pair of tube cradle rings and a 50 mm finder. 2" focuser. This is a collectable and very function telescope with excellent color correction. Asking $600.00
3) Celestron SkyMaster 20x80 binoculars with case. Binoculars are collimated and in excellent condition. Askining $100.00
4) Space Art by Marilyn Flynn. She is a popular and well known space artist with a history going back to the 1980's Several pictures, some framed. Most are 26 inches x 20 inches. Typical picture is of Jupiter as seen from one of it's moons with geologic activity on the surface of the moon. Asking $50 to $75
5) Large model unbuilt and still wrapped of the Forbidden Planet spacecraft (c57d) in 1/72 scale. Complete with Robbie the Robot and other figures. Also has some operating parts when build. Model is over 2 feet in diameter when built. Asking $50 (Model by PolarLights)
6) Large model of the USS Enterprise NCC 1701A by PolarLights. This one is 1/350th scale, so it is large. Unbuilt and still wrapped. Asking $50.00
