With the December resignation of Kent Birkle as VP in charge of the PAS Times, I have taken over temporarily as editor/producer of the PAS Times.
I was not able to get an issue out for March, so next month will be a double month for March/April. You didn't get one for March, because there wasn't one published. Sorry about that.
